Was dinking around on my newstalk with some upcoming programming changes and I haven't quite perfected how to have Rivendell switch to network, and pause and then switch back to local automation and play breaks with out it getting mucked up with contact closures during the break retriggering the break or other oddities.
Here' one of my typical segment macro carts LC red The Jim Bohannon Show! PE S1 3 1 090102! SA 1 2 1! GE 1 I 7 1! GE 1 I 5 1! PS 1! SP 1000! And I have my local break GPI firing this macro cart SA 1 1 1! SP 50! SR 1 2 1! SP 50! PN 1! SP 50! GE 1 I 7 0! GE 1 I 5 0! LC red AM 1360 The Patriot! It more or less works most of the time but I'm hoping someone has this figured out to a science with a better solution. Maybe a feature request would be the availability of pre-fab network segment macro carts that just need the switcher channel and what GPI's to enable during the segment plugged in? Matthew A.
