Hello Morten, We schedule specific carts in the log, we send a schedule to announcers so they can see what music is in their shift and the voicetracks.
We have then send us their voicetracks named specifically via drop box. We then have dropboxes setup in Rivendell that pickup these files. Works a treat and a very simple solution. Only real downside is, the announcer does not have control of segues like you do in the VT editor. But it still flows well enough on air.
