Easiest way will be to follow the instructions here:
http://static.paravelsystems.com/rivendell-install/rivendell-install-rhel7.html
and then, *before* removing the ‘rivendell-install’ package at the end, do:
/root/install_rivendell_devel.sh
That will install a complete development environment.

Either can be used, but they each support different subsets of cards. v4.10.09
is what is in the repo because it supports all of the “legacy” models (like the
ASI6114), but some of the newest models require 4.18.3 (which in turn doesn’t
support many of the “legacy” cards). The two are binary compatible, so either
will work with the standard RPMs.

Source RPM available at:
hpklinux-4.10.09-9.el6.src.rpm
<http://download.paravelsystems.com/CentOS/6/CentOS/hpklinux-4.10.09-9.el6.src.rpm>
Cheers!
