But, can't we use the host which we select in HTTP Xport as "studio" or
"master"? Or may be a menu in RDLogEdit that we can choose which on air
host's log will be followed real time?

Gotcha.

I suspect there’d be a lot of nasty edge cases to deal with.  For example,
what should happen in cases where (say), the log is being played from more
than one host?  How about situations where the versions of log being aired
differs from the one you’re editing?  And so on…
