Stan Fotinos was kind enough to assist me with this in a private email.
It would seem he had the same problem in Centos 6. I'm using Centos 6.4
with v2.15.1 Rivendell.
Stan mentioned that it might work via Windows using rdlogmanager.exe,
which it does, except the logs are blank like this ....

As you can see above, the headings are present but no other data.
I would welcome any suggestions.
