By recommendation the use of glasscoder and Jamin seem like a great combo with
one little hitch. How do I build glasscoder if I don't know how to build a
piece of software. For some of you it's easy as baking a cake for me, I'm
liable to blow up the kitchen. Here's my set up:
Linux Mint XFCE
Rivendell and Jack, terminal install (thank you tecwhisperer). Setup as a stand
alone.
Icecast2 installed via software manager
Jamin installed via software manager.
What is Glasscoder and why is it needed?
If I need it, how do I install it?
Yes I have a lot to learn and so close to getting the little stuff done without
screwing everything up. My goal is to go from just streaming to having a xmtr.
