Not sure about Pulseaudio.

I have Rivendell Running on Centos7 and using jack with qjackctl.

I am playing some "tricks" and running qjackctl and all other jack stuff as
root since that is what Rivendell seems to want.

Basically, I write a bash script that is owned by root and lives in /root
and then give rd the right to sudo that script only without a password.

I don't recall having to do this with Rivendell in the long ago...

If you need help with it all, let me know.

all the best,

drew
