Hi all,

Just got a nice mostly-working install of 2.19.2 running on a spare machine
(Xubuntu 16.04), but I seem to be having a bit of a time with MySQL. First
I had to disable strict mode to work around the same issues this gentleman
<http://caspian.paravelsystems.com/pipermail/rivendell-dev/2017-October/026183.html>
from some months back ran into...that worked, but now I've bumped into
another problem. When I start RDLogEdit, it throws this error:

invalid SQL or failed DB connection[You have an error in your SQL syntax;
check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the
right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 QMYSQL3: Unable to execute query]:
select NAME from LOGS where (TYPE=0)&&(LOG_EXISTS="Y")&)

Needless to say, it doesn't find any logs. Any suggestions on what to do?
(crossing my fingers I won't have to recompile...)

Thanks very much in advance!

Calvin Hones
