All indicate Riv 2.19.2. Sounds like Realtime Filtering has been turned off on that host. You can reenable it by checking the ‘Use Realtime Filtering’ box in RDAdmin->ManageHosts->host-name. Has anyone else run into these? I’ve not. v2.19.2 has been out for awhile (released 4/14/2018), so I’d say it’s relatively unlikely to be a code bug.
