I have the same problem. A user with no privileges for voice tracking, after upgrading to 2.19.2, now can record the voice tracks but the user can not delete the track. A message saying so oops up.

All indicate Riv 2.19.2. Sounds like Realtime Filtering has been turned off on that host. You can reenable it by checking the ?Use Realtime Filtering? box in RDAdmin->ManageHosts->host-name. Sounds like some sort of DB corruption, perhaps due to a failed or interrupted schema update. I?d be checking your MySQL setup (out of disc space, etc). > Are these bugs? Has anyone else run into these? I?ve not. v2.19.2 has been out for awhile (released 4/14/2018), so I?d say it?s relatively unlikely to be a code bug.
