All i can say is that this is a must laudable attempt at a playout system
(and I've used them all, from high-end Dalet down to hobbyist Station
Playlist), but it's a pity all your efforts don't go into a product that can
be set up by someone who isn't a computer 'nerd' ( absolutely no offence
intended)!
You can buy pre-configured Rivendell machines from Paravel for less than
you'll spend with any other reputable automation vendor. If you like
Rivendell but don't have the skills in house to make it work, that's the
way to go, I think.
