I've set former packages from tryphon up on a new URL :
https://apt.rivendell-fr.org
The former http://debian.tryphon.eu redirects to it
A new key has to be downloaded and trusted. The procedure is written on
the site above. Please note that it is new HTTPS, so that you will need
apt-transport-https package on Debian and Ubuntu.
If you are OK to send me the packages, I can test them and if everything
is fine, I can put them on this repo

I just finished making Qt3 packages for Ubuntu 18.04, and I also made
packages of Rivendell 2.7 (the one we still use where I work), but not
of the latest version 2.19, which is what everyone needs because it's
the version compatible with latest MySQL / MariaDB coming with Ubuntu
18.04. Unfortunately, I am not very good at packing / making
repositories and I have other priorities at my work, but I can pass
the packages to you by email and you try to make them work.
