Hello, I'm attempting to create reports of traffic played versus traffic logged to be played on a given day. My thought is that should be one of the "Reconciliation" reports, but when I try to generate those reports the end result is an empty report, with just the header. Same goes for the "Log" report.
When I create the report, I choose the service, the main studio host, and tick the checkboxes for Traffic and Traffic Log. I have also ensured that the two groups have "Include this group in Traffic Reports" selected. It's notable that Cut Log and Technical Playback reports both work but the only way I can seem to get anything is to have the "All" checkbox checked within the Report dialog. Possibly related, how do I get the "OnAir" flag to show "Y" when something plays out through the main studio host? I looked through the docs but may have missed that. What am I doing wrong?
