Have them on separate faders/channels then you can manually do the fade out
when you play the weather out. That's how I do it... Takes be back to the days
of good old fashioned carts

Subject: Re: [RDD] Testing Rivendell and QT3 .deb packages for Ubuntu 18.04

Hello, I just started using Rivendell and have a question regarding beds.

I have a weather open and weather close that play during my weather forecast.
They are separate files. So, my weather open plays first, fires the dry weather
forecast at 4.5 seconds into the weather open. Everything fires correctly, but
when the weather forecast is
Over it doesn’t fade out the weather bed...it just plays the entire file out.
Any way to fix this? Someone told me the only workaround is
To make the weather open and close a donut and then be consistent with the
length of the dry forecast. I’m trying to avoid having to keep it at an exact
length. Thanks!!!

Ok, that's easy. (and already done)

mysql admin (in title bar)
Unable to access the Rivendell database
Please enter a login for an account with administrative rights on the
mysql server...

Then when I log in with 'root' and no password, I get
RDAdmin error
Unable to connect to mysql.

'mysql -uroot -p' does get me into mysql.

I tried this and got the expected result: an error message telling me that
the Rivendell database does not exist. (/var/lib/mysql/Rivendell does not
exist.)

Great, thanks. I will clone it and see what I can do.
