I have a new http noticias service that will not download on 2 Mint 17
computers running Rivendell 2.10.3 used for monitoring downloads. Loads
fine on the Centos 7 running 2.19.
I can download on the Mints with Firefox, lftp, and wget with no
problem. The error in syslog says:

Can anyone shed some light on this.
