[RDD] Database upgrade problem

I am running Mint 19.1 and installing Rivendell 3.0.3 which is using DB 
version 308.  When I restore version 245 from previous installation and 
run 'rddbconfig --modify' to upgrade the version I get the mismatch 
message and when clicking Yes, get 'Database Modified with Warnings    
DB connection re-established'.  In mysql i can drop the database and 
recreate it and Rivendell will operate with the empty database.

Any help would be appreciated,
