Is there a fix?
If i install a separated unit for sql will it fix it?

Not that I'm aware of. It does not appear to be an issue with MySQL or
Rivendell itself (I've tested with MySQL v5.7 on both CentOS 7 and
Fedora 30; both setups work fine with client workstations). It appears
to be something to do with the way Debian-ish distros package MySQL.
