Mostly, this is a project for putting a pretty GUI control panel on an external 
broadcast delay (Eventide BD600 and AirTools 6100 units are supported), but 
also included is a ‘JackDelay’ service that works exactly as you describe. It 
uses the SoundTouch library to support dynamic delay build and decay.
