I was setting up some pypad stuff for someone on a v3 system.

I was working with udp and filewrite.

Add a new udp or filewrite.

You are presented with a "beginning" or "sample" file to use as a template.
Fill in your own info.

Great. Makes sense. Each file has a commented out section at the bottom
indicating that you can configure another instance in the same config file.

Config a single instance at the top. Save. Get a green "OK" status.

Config a second udp or filewrite in the same config. Save. Get a red "Not
OK" status.

Comment out the second config sections in the filewrite and udp. Back to
green.

Add separate filewrite and upd instances and config the top sections only
for the second setups needed. Save. 4 lines (2 x udp, 2 x filewrite) all
with green status lights.

Is this just a bug in the config files offered but intended behaviour? Or
is the template correct and we should be able to set up multiple instances
in the same config file but there is a bug in the implementation?

all the best,

drew
