RDFetch is the current name of the script I wrote, formerly called
kuchota (Swahili for "fetch"). You can find the script itself on github
at https://github.com/opensourceradio/ram/blob/master/usr/local/bin/kuchota

RDFetch depends on the podcast fetcher app called "podget", which you
