We have been experiencing cases where a particular post will generate bounces. It’s been very intermittent, and seems to primarily affect recipients at gmail.com <http://gmail.com/>. It appears to be related to intermittent outages of the DNS system at the location that hosts the server. Investigation is ongoing. In the meantime, I’ve disabled the bounce processing on the listserv, which means that no further accounts should be disabled automatically on the basis of a bounce. This of course is merely a band-aid; the real resolution will depend on getting to the bottom of the DNS problem. We apologize for the problems.
