By using markup like: {noformat} bla, bla, bla {noformat} you can markup stacktraces, source code, etc. Also when you enable this, you get a preview icon and a help icon for those (like me) who always forget the exact markup to use. And how to configure this, see http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.7.1/renderers_overview.html, as far as I can tell the text renderers are configured (the default). -- Mark
