Nope Geir, normally in screen number 2 I would expect an assign-to field but that one is missing. Also I would expect an "Assign this issue (to me)" link in the left part of the screen, that one is missing as well.I did create an account myself and that means I guess I started as user and you "upgraded" me to developer, or ...
