To get a MoinMoin wiki set up, you must first file an jira at https://issues.apache.org/jira/INFRA under the Wiki category. Include the name of the pmc requesting it (incubator), the name of the wiki (Apache River), and the location of the mailing list where the wiki diffs are to be sent. -- Joe Schaefer
