Hi Rick-

The River project will obviously have releases -- we just haven't closed
on the name/form/or format yet.  Thanks for the question, though... I  
had
hoped to kick off a discussion on this, so I'll use this as a  
catalyst to get
that going.  I'll use a separate thread to focus it.
