ServiceUI specification

As I recently had to point to http://www.artima.com/jini/serviceui/ in a
posting to jini-users it made me wonder what the (legal) status is of
the ServiceUI Specification. As the specification is not part of the
source code (initial source drop) as is the case for many of the Jini
specifications I wonder how we should evolve this specification.
