Something similar to that.  Seems like we should keep it (API docs
page) at least in the short run.

I'm also supposing that developers will find it valuable to have all
the Javadoc available for viewing online.



Developers wanting the Javadoc online is certainly inline with my
experience.

It would be very nice to have the javadocs available both browse-able online as well as download-able so you can work offline with your chosen version of the javadoc.
