The build worked fine on my end.  I suspect the working copy of the
repository on the Continuum server is out of sync.  The Continuum
build process can't seem to resolve the fact that the doc/specs dir
is now under svn control.  I believe the old non-svn doc/specs dir
will need to be manually removed so that svn-controlled doc/specs
dir can be populated.  I'll investigate further to resolve this issue.
