The testing has gone well... but we really do need the Community
to take a look so we know we're ready, and can proceed with a vote
that the release candidate is good to advance.
I believe before proposing to Incubator we are supposed to run RAT
(Release Audit Tool) against the release, http://code.google.com/p/arat/
As it were others who wanted to have this particular release I think
others should also feel compelled to run the RAT ;-)
