Yep. I'm looking into it, but all i can speculate right now, is that the
port was already bound. Maybe a re-run would be in order?
Its all IIOP, and JMRP, and this should not have been affected by the patch.

BTW: i've noticed this in another run of the qa test, in a different
test. It's sensitive to whatever is running on that same machine.
