The authorative info of this kind should be maintained in http://incubator.apache.org/projects/river.html which is built from an XML file of a format called Anakia, residing in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/site-author/projects/river.xml
To build the Incubator site, run the ./build.sh in trunk, then commit the changes.
