I think this approach is better served with the DynamicConfiguration
that Dennis proposed. (Because of the non-string method arguments).
Both ConfigurationBuilders can implement the ConfigurationFactory (even
as selfdocumenting code).
I will rename the text based builder to TextConfigurationBuilder.
