I recall otherwise, but would need to go and check the official records...

Before you change, need to get the facts right...

I would find it odd if Oracle owns the specifications and trademarks,
and they are being maintained and developed at ASF. It seems wrong,
and I think Jini, lock stock and barrel, was transferred to ASF
(possibly with a large tax deduction for Sun).
