I am willing to dive into the code. I have looked at apache_request.c and as 
far as I can see, I have to start at ApacheRequest_parse_multipart, here 
seems to be (beside other stuff) the parsing of the Content-Type.
If you could give me some hints on where to continue from there and what has 
to be done in principle (what that means in more detail to save the
data and then create a Tcl command to access it), I will try it.
