Well... Tcl really is meant to have one thread per interpreter, not N
threads trying to use the same interpreter:-/  Perhaps we could put a
big lock around Rivet_SendContent...  Less than ideal, but then again,
so is Windows;-)

Did you try the Rivet code from Subversion?  I'm curious if that
improves or changes anything.
