I reinstalled ActiveTcl and installed 8.4.12 instead. From what I
understood, the distribution was to be thread-free (there were problems
mentioned when using Rivet/Apache and ActiveTcl 8.4.12 w/threads). The
problem is that .rvt-files still aren't parsed. When I click on a simple
helloworld.rvt, I'm asked if I want to download it. The config in
httpd.conf is just as described on the Rivet documentation site...
