Doing some testing I've discovered that "upload channel" doesn't
work. It gives a bad file handle error on a file handle of, like,
file168, which seems bogus.
Also "upload data" will error out saying that the RivetServerConf
UploadFilesToVar is not set, even though it is. Even after forcing
the code to accept the request, it still doesn't work.
"upload save" works, however, providing a workaround.
I'm continuing to investigate. The code is almost identical to the
apache-1 version, which works. There is a comment in there that says
"this sucks - we should use the hook, but I want to get everything
fixed and working first"
I'm trying to understand the code. It looks like the file upload gets
saved to a temp file regardless (?). I'm going to add an upload
option to get the temp name, although I don't intend to commit it
without consulting y'all.
