I've done some more commits fixing a few minor problems with docs
generation
(still unsatisfied with it, but it's currently workable) and
reintegrated the
branch in my working copy of trunk.
I will commit the new 'trunk' status tomorrow night. Meanwhile I
created a
new branch apreq-multipart to work on the multipart message handling
with
the goal of having it based on libapreq2
