Just for completeness: I know that there is a problem in Websh wrt to threads and currently it doesn't run in Apache in any other than the prefork mpm. I see crashes on Windows, which are likely a symptom of these problems, but haven't seen them on Unix flavors (running prefork MPM). In any case, I certainly would not want claim that it can't be Websh ;-)...
