I noticed there are a few rivet commands used in some packages (namely
'form') without their namespace qualification. I wish to bring to your
attention that the command set provided by Rivet is to be considered as
qualified within the ::rivet namespace. Rivet by default imports
automatically its command set to the global namespace, still we should
adopt the style of fully qualifying our commands in our Tcl code.
I'm going to search through the package directories for occurrences of
these unqualified commands and change them as they are supposed to be
(I'm quite sure I aldreay did it for the Tcl written core commands)
