I'm had problems with my working copy after I merged (svn merge --reintegrate) the branch named 'modular' into trunk. In at least one case a code modification done to trunk/src/rivetcmds/rivetCore.c disappeared and had to be restored from the version in branches/2.1 (branch 'modular' had been constantly kept up-to-date with commits done in trunk, so I don't understand) . In other cases I had tree conflicts or even mixed working copy version conflicts I could not resolve. I'm checking out the status of the code in trunk and I think it's OK now but please let me know of any anomaly you may experience building and running it.
