anyone interested to extend ::rivet::redirect so that also the codes 303
and 307 are supported?
currently the second argument of 'redirect' is a boolean which in the
numerical form (0|1) is not an HTTP status code. Any positive integer
in the set 301,302,303,307 and 308 could be a redirect related status code
