For svn branches that have been reintegrated into the main development
become unusable, therefore the cmake branch has been removed.
The broken.test file has been fixed. The new tcl based request procedure
changed a bit the form of the error message, so this test that worked
for the traditional mod_rivet core didn't work for mod_rivet_ng. Also
src/mod_rivet will be removed soon
