In the wake of the issue raised by bug 62926 I backported the fix also
to the 2.3 code changing its version to 2.3.7
a fix applied in src/librivet/rivetPkgInit.c has been likewise backported.
I'd like to have this version of rivet released too. You can test it out
of the working copy (tests were OK to me) and I will prepare an artifact
in couple of days
