I've created a branch winbuild out of master in order to experiment with
the cmake build on Windows independently from generic C code. As such it
should be a long running branch. I will also push another branch on
which I'm developing an experimental new way of creating the server
interpreters that should make the root server initialization available
to virtual host specific scripts.
