I'm checking the latest version of cmake/CMakeList.txt on different
Linux distributions.
CMP0074 breaks the build on Linux Mint stable because it comes with
cmake 3.10. Removing this policy specification doesn't harm the build of
mod_rivet though. George, can we conditionally adopt the policy?
Otherwise can we get around somehow the need to adopt it until more
recent CMake versions become widespread?
I know this is too pedantic but since we got to the issue of having a
clean and robust CMakeList.txt script...
