A new release candidate is available from www.rivetweb.org/~mxm/rivet
This artifact fixes a few broken links in the manual. This version of
rivet is meant to fix rivet version determination (which now is supposed
to reside in the content of file VERSION only) and to fix also a few
broken links in the manual. I'd like to vote on this artifact soon
