filtering branches away from Appveyor

This question is clearly addressed to George. I mistakenly pushed to 
origin 2 local branches that were meant to be deleted. I removed the 
branches from both the remote and local repository but in the meanwhile 
an appveyor build had been triggered. Can we restrict appveyor to only 
the 3.1 and master branches?
