Hi guys
I built Rivet with Tcl8.7a3 and had quite a few errors in some functions
arguments because the macro CONST84 was removed or changed definition. I
remember something had been discussed on tclcore about this macro having
been obsoleted in C compilers commonly in use today but I couldn't find
a specific TIP for Tcl8.7.
I will go on with this issue building rivet with both Tcl8.6 and 8.7
after removing this macro and in case I will create a branch in which
rivet actual testing with Tcl 8.7 can be done
