Hi;

I'm running Fedora Core 4 on dual x86_64 athlon
Linux ns2.ecohosting.net 2.6.16-1.2111_FC4smp #1 SMP Sat May 20 20:16:16
EDT 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

And rkhunter is run from cron
/usr/local/bin/rkhunter --update ; /usr/local/bin/rkhunter -c --cronjob
--skip-application-check
 and I get this output

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rootkit Hunter 1.2.8 is running

Determining OS... Unknown
Warning: This operating system is not fully supported!
Warning: Cannot find md5_not_known
All MD5 checks will be skipped!

.....
---------------------------- Scan results ----------------------------

MD5
MD5 compared: 0
Incorrect MD5 checksums: 0

File scan
Scanned files: 3421)
Possible infected files: 0

Application scan
Scanning took 83 seconds
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

which looks clean to me(though no md5 or applications checks) yet I get
an email saying

Please inspect this machine, because it can be infected

1) what can we do to get my OS supported and MD5 checks done
2) how do I stop the "infected" messages if my server is clean?

Thanks a bunch
Gord Fisch
